Group Sustainability Statement (reports based on ESRS in accordance with CSRD) from 2024 incl. audit opinion
The IBB Group’s 2024 Sustainability Statement has been prepared in accordance with the CSR Directive Implementation Act, the German Commercial Code (HGB), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), including the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The CSRD Implementation Act is currently at the government draft stage in Germany.

- The German version includes the independent auditor’s report.
- The English version is provided for informational purposes only and does not include the auditor’s report.
